We improved The Circle Program to give our Members an easier way to earn benefits, unlock rewards and surprises.
Members can now follow their level status, available rewards, and more, in their Mugler account on mugler.com.
By creating an account on mugler.com, you will automatically become a Mugler Circle member and will be upgraded to higher Level status based on your activity. Each Level unlocks more benefits, rewards, and surprises.
Member transactions* accumulate upgrades to Member Level status and unlock access to benefits
Member Level status is calculated according to the number of purchases made annually, either as declared purchased on mugler.com or checkout from mugler.com
Level 1: EXPLORER (0 to 1 purchase)
Level 2: EXTRAORDINARY (2 to 3 purchases)
Level 3: ICONIC (over 4 purchases)
*Transaction is defined as a purchase or declaring a merchandise code on mugler.com
No, however Circle members will now receive more generous, exclusive savings throughout the year. Please be sure to subscribe to emails and text messages to receive notification of special offers.
To place you in a Level at the start of the new program, we took merchandise code declarations made in the past 18 months before the program changed on June 2023 into account.
You can see the detail of these purchases in your online dashboard, section named "purchase history".
Level 1: EXPLORER unlocks a welcome offer, members-only offers, and a birthday gift
Level 2: EXTRAORDINARY unlocks an elevated birthday gift and higher-value members-only offers
